Five young fans were given a behind the scenes tour of the Keepmoat Stadium and a coaching session.
They were treated to the unique experience as they were all due to be mascots for the fixture against AFC Wimbledon, but missed out on that as the fixture was postponed due to heavy rain on Easter Monday.
The five – which includes the Wimbledon mascot – will still get that experienced for the re-arranged fixture but were invited down to the Keepmoat Stadium on Friday for a behind-the-scenes look at how the club prepares for a matchday.
As well as an exclusive insight, which included a trip into the home dressing room and a chance to be grilled in the same room Rovers boss Darren Ferguson faces the press, they were put through their paces in some coaching drills on the pitches adjacent to the stadium.
