Midfielder Tommy Rowe wants Rovers to finish the 2017/18 Sky Bet League One campaign on a high to set themselves up for next season.
"We're in a position where a few good results would see us go from strength to strength, I think we all know that performances have been good but we want to be higher in the table," he said.
"We need to take care of what we can have a say in, the manager has set us out a plan and it is important that we stick to that as much as possible.
"Everybody wants to finish the season strongly, it does give you some momentum during pre-season as you're used to winning games and performing well as a team."
