Rovers supporters voted Herbie Kane and Ben Whitman as their Men of the Match following Saturday’s 0-0 draw at home to Portsmouth in Sky Bet League One.
The on-loan Liverpool midfielder had to share the spoils with teammate Ben Whiteman who was forced in between the sticks after Marko Marosi was given his marching orders with 10 minutes to go.
The duo beat off competition from Marosi for his excellent display which kept Rovers in the affair on two occasions and forward John Marquis that supporters could vote for on Rovers' official Twitter page.
Kane and Whiteman collected 37 per cent of the vote, with Marosi coming in second with 22 per cent.
The player with the most combined wins over the course of the campaign will be named Supporters' Player of the Year at the end of season awards ceremony.
