Mallik Wilks is looking forward to building on his debut goal for Rovers as he prepares for his first league game at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The new No.7 scored in the opening day win at Southend United, and wants to make an impression with the home fans against Wycombe Wanderers this weekend.
He said: “I don’t tend to feel pressure too much but it was nice to get my first goal and take a weight off my shoulders
“I want to put a show on for the Rovers fans and show them what I can do, I want to excite them and get them off their seats.
“The fans make football and they work hard to come to games so I want to make sure they enjoy watching me and the team.”
