Club Doncaster staff have been unable to make contact with Moonlight Cinema, who had made a booking for use of a car park at the Keepmoat Stadium this week.
Staff had attempted to contact them after learning of last-minute cancellations at other Moonlight Cinema events leaving their customers out of pocket.
Moonlight Cinema had booked use of a car park on site to hold events from December 17-24, but it looks like this will no longer go ahead.
Club Doncaster have received no money from Moonlight Cinema or notification of cancellation, although no one has arrived on site.
Anyone who has booked tickets through Moonlight Cinema are advised to contact their payment provider.
