Rovers supporters voted Ben Whiteman as their Man of the Match following Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Oxford United in Sky Bet League One.
Whiteman’s penalty gave Rovers a first-half lead, but they ultimately had to settle for a point at the Keepmoat Stadium
The 22-year-old collected 38% of the vote on Rovers’ official Twitter page, and beat off competition from Tom Anderson, Ian Lawlor and John Marquis.
The player with the most combined wins over the course of the campaign will be named Supporters' Player of the Year at the end of season awards ceremony.
