Paul Stancliffe expects a good game when his U18 side take on top-of-the-league Oldham Athletic on Saturday.
The young Rovers side were beaten 1-0 by York City last time out, but dominated the match at Cantley Park.
Stancliffe said: “There was a lot that was pleasing against York, but they’ve got realise it is about going out to get a result.
“Oldham are top of the league, so we’ve got to really tighten up in certain areas, but they’ll be a good footballing team – they were last time that we faced them – they like to pass a lot so it should be a good game."
Saturday's fixture was scheduled as an away game, but has now been switched and will be played at Cantley Park with an 11am kick-off. Entrance is free.
