Rovers have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Ali Crawford on a two-year-deal.
Crawford left Scottish Premiership side Hamilton Academical at the end of last season, and becomes manager Grant McCann’s first signing since taking charge.
He said: “I’m buzzing to get started and meet the rest of the squad, it’s been a long time coming but it feels good to be be here.
“I got a call from my agent to say that Doncaster were interested and once I’d spoken to the manager it was sorted very quickly.”
