London North Eastern Railway (LNER) will take over from Virgin Trains as main Rovers sponsor for the 2018/19 season. From 24 June, LNER will be the new operator for the East Coast railway service.
As the new Rovers sponsor, LNER will manage the Platinum + Partnership so you will see LNER’s logo on the front of the home and away shirts. The new season shirts will be available from the Club Doncaster Shop at the Keepmoat Stadium on Friday to customers who have pre-ordered kits.
As a result of LNER’s continued backing for Doncaster Rovers, supporters with the DNA card will continue to benefit from a 25% discount for travel on LNER rail services.
Club Doncaster’s head of commercial Andrew Whitham said: “We are pleased to be able to assure fans that nothing changes with the partnership other than the change of logo.
“This means all the benefits we have been able to bring to supporters will continue - with the DNA Card discount bringing real value for money and a sign of the commitment of LNER and Club Doncaster.”
