Academy manager Kieran Scarff believes young full-back Danny Amos has displayed excellent potential in his first season as a professional footballer.
Amos made his full league debut against Oldham Athletic in Rovers’ final away game of the 2017/18 Sky Bet League One season, and Scarff says he has made a promising start to his Rovers career.
“Danny continues to display exceptional potential and the ability to play in a number of positions, he possesses an outstanding character with high levels of self-belief and composure,” he said.
“Danny has made a promising start to life in first-team football and by maintaining his high standards has a really good chance of developing his career even further.”
