Rovers goalkeeper Ian Lawlor visited The Beeches Care Home in Armthorpe to discuss the club’s history with residents.
The HC-One venue has recently been refurbished, so Lawlor got to see the upgraded facilities before meeting residents and staff.
Home manager Bea Gibbons said: "Thanks to Ian, Luke and Phil for coming down to the HC-One The Beeches Care Home and having a look around our refurbished care home, and for the invite to come down to the Keepmoat Stadium in future.
"Doncaster Rovers are a real community club, as shown by the amount of time they spent talking to residents reminiscing about the history of the team."
