Rovers captain Tommy Rowe was pleased just to be on the pitch against Wimbledon - so to hit the winner on his return from 10 weeks out with a hamstring injury was the stuff of dreams.
The midfielder came on with just over quarter of an hour to play, and his piledriver sealed all three points after Ali Crawford's sunning goal had got Rovers back in the game.
