Rovers supporters voted Herbie Kane as their Man of the Match following Sunday’s 2-2 draw at Chorley in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The midfielder has been in great form for Rovers since signing on loan from Premier League side Liverpool in August.
Kane beat off competition from Andy Butler, James Coppinger and Ben Whiteman in the vote on Rovers' official Twitter page.
The 19-year-old scored his first senior brace against the Magpies take the game to a replay at the Keepmoat Stadium, and also collected a staggering 92 per cent of the vote.
The player with the most combined wins over the course of the campaign will be named Supporters' Player of the Year at the end of season awards ceremony.
