Club Doncaster is the brand that connects Doncaster's elite sports teams. We also manage the delivery of events at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium, and associated Elite Performance Centre, Sports Village, Foundation, Sports College, and Impact programmes.

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to fulfil the role as Doncaster Rovers Football Club Academy manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to grow the excellent reputation for youth development we have worked hard over recent seasons to achieve.

We have recently had confirmation that we are able to continue to operate at the EPPP category three status. With many areas exceeding these standards it is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to continue to drive the development of our youth players positively forward. The Academy manager will need to deliver and implement the strategic plan for the Academy and provide leadership to all staff, players and other stakeholders.

Reporting to the chief executive, the Academy manager's objectives are to drive the vision of the Academy through strategic planning, operational management and good leadership of people, and to provide leadership to all areas of the Academy so that it is able to deliver well rounded footballers into the professional game.
