Grant McCann hailed a complete performance from his side after the impressive 4-1 win at Walsall in Sky Bet League One.
Rovers had to come from behind at the Bescot Stadium, but goals from John Marquis, Mallik Wilks, James Coppinger and Matty Blair sealed an impressive three points.
McCann said: "It was a very good performance, it's not an easy place to come. The first half was quite close, but in the second half we were outstanding and looked like we could score overtime we went forward.
"It was a complete performance from us, we've shown in spells how good we can be but showed it for the full 90 minutes. We were clinical and ruthless, and got the job done. They have only conceded four goals at home before this match, and we've just doubled that."
The front three of Marquis, Coppinger and Wilks all got on the scoresheet and caused problems for the Saddlers' defence throughout the match, and McCann was delighted with his attacking trio.
McCann added: "I was pleased for John to get the penalty, it took a lot of bottle for him to step up and send the goalkeeper the wrong way.
"Mallik was unplayable, he showed everybody what he can do when he gets going. He is 19 and is going to have dips in form, but if he produces moments like that every other week I'll be delighted. But it is not only the forward players, there was some great blocks and Marko Marosi made some important saves - it was a really good team performance."
