Rovers U16s will be competing in the EFL U16s National Final this weekend against Northampton Town.
The EFL Youth Alliance run a mini competitive league for U16s teams as the players prepare to transition from schoolboys age groups to the Professional Development Phase (U18s and U23s).
The Rovers team have taken to the competitive nature of the games brilliantly, winning their league and beating Shrewsbury Town U16s in the northern regional final.
The National Final will be held at a neutral ground on Sunday December 8.
