Matt Donohue will be the man in charge when Rovers travel to Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday.

This is Donohue’s first season in the EFL having earned his third consecutive promotion at the end of the 2017/18 season.

Donohue has overseen 30 matches in the current campaign across Sky Bet League One and League Two as well as a number of cup matches. He has awarded 108 yellow cards and seven reds.

Tuesday will be Donohue’s 11th League One match, and will mark the second time he has refereed a Rovers match. The first game was a 3-1 defeat to Newcastle U21 in the Checkatrade Trophy in September.

Donohue will be assisted by Richard Bartlett and Thomas Harty. The fourth official is Simon Mather.
