Rovers supporters have chance to meet manager Darren Moore for the first time since his return to the club as he plans to attend several open events in the coming week.

Since returning to the football club, Moore has expressed his excitement at getting to know the supporters again. He will be attending three fans’ forums as well as BBC Sheffield’s Football Heaven live show and Rovers open day to ensure he meets as many as people as possible before the start of the season.

Moore said: “I’m looking forward to meeting all the fans again.  I’ve had a great welcome from them and I want to thank each and  every one of them personally for that. The fans forums will give me a good chance to speak to everyone, to meet the fans again, and get to know people, and I really hope we get as many people through the doors as possible.

“As I keep saying, we’re all in this together. Players, staff, fans, it’s one family and everyone has their part to play – we’re in it together. The fans forums will give me a good chance to speak to everyone, to meet the fans again, and get to know people, and I really hope we get as many people through the doors as possible.”
