England Netball are hosting Back to Netball sessions at XP School Doncaster encouraging people of all abilities to give the sport a try.
Back to Netball sessions take place every Thursday from 7pm-8pm and are delivered by friendly England Netball Level 2 coaches. They are suitable for anyone of any ability who wants to return to netball or try the sport for the first time.
Back to Netball is in its eleventh year and has so far seen 100,000 women of all abilities take part. The sessions help participants lose weight, improve their cardiovascular system, and increase muscle tone.
