Rovers’ first local derby of the 2019/20 season will see them face newly promoted Lincoln City at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday August 24.
The Imps came up as champions last season and have some familiar faces in their squad for Rovers fans to look out for, including former loan players Jason Shackell and Harry Toffolo, as well as player-coach Jamie McCombe.
The reverse fixture between the two clubs will take place on Friday April 10 (Good Friday), as the season enters its latter stages.
South Yorkshire rivals Rotherham United travel to the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday September 7 after their relegation from the Sky Bet Championship. Grant McCann’s side will head to the AESSEAL New York Stadium for the second game between the two sides on Saturday April 18.
All four games are scheduled for 3pm kick-offs, but are subject to change.
