Rovers sign former Liverpool youth and Leeds United player Madger Gomes on a two-year deal subject to international clearance.
The 22-year-old midfielder began his career at Spanish Club Villareal making an appearance for Villareal B aged just 16 and was soon snapped up by Liverpool. He spent four years at the club before securing a move to Leeds United. He has also played for Sochaux, NK Istra, and Alaves.
Gomes has international youth international experience playing U15s, U17s, and U18s for Spain.
Gomes is set to join up with the rest of the squad when they return for pre-season in late June.
