Matty Blair has said Rovers are capable of beating anyone in the league as the team prepare to travel to Luton Town on Saturday.
Luton are 25 games unbeaten and are yet to lose at home in the 2018/19 season but Blair tells the media he is confident Rovers have what it takes to cause an upset at Kenilworth Road.
