Grant McCann has been fined £1,000 and will serve a one-match touchline ban after accepting the FA charges for an incident which took place in the tunnel after Rovers' draw with Charlton Athletic at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Goalkeeper coach Paul Gerrard has also received a one-match touchline ban meaning both McCann and Gerrard will  not be present on the touchline during the match on Friday.  Both will be able to have access to dressing room pre-match and at half-time.

McCann and Gerrard accepted the FA charges last week and learned the outcome at a hearing which took place on March 14.  The sanctions are the minimum that could have been charged following acceptance of the charge.
