Rovers' Sky Bet League One game at Sunderland on Good Friday (April 19) will now kick-off at 5.15pm.
The change from the originally scheduled time of 3pm is to allow live coverage on Sky Sports.
The game at the Stadium of Light is one of eight EFL fixtures being broadcast over the Easter weekend.
The Easter Monday visit of Accrington Stanley is also being rescheduled to the following day - Tuesday April 23 (7.45pm KO) - because the Lancashire side have had a game moved from Friday to Saturday for TV coverage.
