Ahead of the final weekend of the season, the EFL have confirmed the possible permutations for the 2018/19 Sky Bet EFL Play-Offs.
The information has been released in order to help supporters plan for the season finale, with promotion ambitions coming down to the final matches of the season. Some fixtures are confirmed, there are a small number of permutations dependent on final league standings that could alter certain fixtures and kick-off times.
The following table outlines the Sky Bet EFL Play-Off Semi-Final fixtures in Sky Bet League One although some are subject to change as detailed below.

- In the event Sunderland finish 5th in Sky Bet League One, the match order detailed above will be switched, with their home first leg set to take place on Saturday May 11 at 7.30pm, and the second leg on Thursday May 16 at 7.45pm.
- This of course also means that the fixture between 3rd and 6th place in League One would switch to Sunday May 12, with the return leg on Friday May 17, should Sunderland finish fifth in the overall standings.
