Head of sports science Rob Lee has outlined fitness plans for the players ahead of their return for the 2019/20 season.
The players will return for pre-season at the end of June and have been given fitness programmes to follow over close season to ensure they return in the best possible condition ahead of another promotion campaign.
Lee spoke exclusively about the kind of training players do in the summer to ensure they are ready to hit the ground running when they return for pre-season.
