The winner of the Emirates FA Cup first round replay between Rovers and AFC Wimbledon will head to Sunderland or Gillingham in the second round.
The second round tie will take place in the final weekend in November.
Rovers must face off against AFC Wimbledon in a first round replay at the Keepmoat Stadium on Tuesday November 19.
