Supporters show support for Rovers for All

13 November 2019

Supporter groups have shown their support for Rovers for All by adding their logo to a flag which further confirms the club’s commitment to equality and diversity.

The Black Bank, Official Supporters Club and Viking Supporters Cooperative have all added their logos to the flag and you can show your support too – we will be inviting fans to sign the flag to show support Rovers for All throughout the season.

The Rovers for All statement was launched in the summer of 2019 and is the basis for all of Club Doncaster’s work to ensure that coming to the Keepmoat Stadium is a fantastic and welcoming experience for everyone regardless of gender, religion, race, sexuality, disability, or age.

The flag was funded by Fans for Diversity which is a joint initiative by the Football Supporters Federation and Kick It Out focused on celebrating diversity among football fans and ensuring that all fans feel safe and welcome at football.

Anwar Uddin Football Supporters Federation’s diversity and campaigns manager said: “The Fans for Diversity campaign exists to support fans all over the country. We believe fans can make a significant contribution to making the game as inclusive as possible. It’s fantastic to see what this club and fan groups are doing and we are excited to see it grow. We would encourage all fans to get involved by supporting Rovers for All.”

The flag has already been on the road at the Football Welcomes projects and the Young Fans Panel. Learn more about Rovers for All by clicking here.
