Rovers U14s will head to Barnsley on Wednesday to face the Tykes U14s in the Ian Kennedy Cup.
Ian coached at both Rovers and Barnsley and was a hugely popular character. He sadly passed away in 2015 aged just 61 after a short and devastating illness.
The Ian Kennedy Cup is an annual competition between which pits the U14 sides from both Rovers and Barnsley's academies against one another.
