An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and significantly experienced candidate to strive within the role of head of recruitment at Doncaster Rovers Football Club. The successful candidate will thrive at the challenge of strategically identifying senior players, growing on our excellent reputation for player development. They will also seek innovative ways to identify players capable of reaching their full potential within the Doncaster Rovers playing philosophy.
The head of recruitment will need to deliver and implement the strategic plan for the senior team, and work closely with the football staff to deliver on planned agreed player targets – they will also need awareness of the opposition.
Reporting to the chief executive and first team manager, the objectives are to drive the vision of recruitment, ensuring that untapped trends, contacts, and early player identification is unrivalled.
We are looking for a committed recruitment professional who will focus specifically on the development of the department through strategic planning, operational management and develop a strong working relationship with the performance analysis department to enhance the information available to the management team.
