Rovers manager Darren Moore and chief executive Gavin Baldwin will answer questions from fans at the AGM of the Official Supporters Club’s Retford Branch.
Darren and Gavin, who will also be joined by Club Doncaster group head of communications Shaun Lockwood, will join in a question and answer session.
The event will take place at Cannon Park, home of Retford United, from 7.30pm.
