The U18s continue their Youth Alliance Cup campaign by hosting Mansfield Town.
Rovers won their opening group stage game 3-1 against Rotherham United in August.
The youth team are aiming to bounce back from their disappointing 2-0 defeat at the hands of Bradford City last weekend - which was their first loss in six games this season.
The Stags lost their opening cup game 3-1 to Fleetwood Town. They have also begun their league campaign with mixed fortunes, winning two of their opening five games.
This will be the first part of a double-header for these two sides as Mansfield will be returning to Cantley Park the following week to take on Paul Stancliffe's side in the Youth Alliance League.
Entry is free to Cantley Park for the cup game which kicks-off at 11am on Saturday September 14.
