Junior Smith edges into the final of the U18s’ cooking challenge with his miso salad and rice.
He is the final youth team player to make the cut and will join his team mates Liam Ravenhill, Elliott Walker and Lirak Hasani in the final on Friday.
Smith won Thursday’s competition with 38% of supporters’ votes and was pushed all the way by Kian Johnson’s omelette (37%).
Will McGowan claimed an 18% stake in the votes with his chicken with vegetables meal and the round was concluded with Owan Derrett and his banana and raspberry buns (7%).
