Young Rovers fan Matthew has won Elite Pro Sports' kit competition and will now see his winning design put into a one-off production just for him.
A little over two weeks ago Club Doncaster technical kit partners Elite Pro Sports offered our young supporters the opportunity to design their own Doncaster Rovers kit.
Young fans have been getting busy with their pens and pencils and sending in their amazing designs with the club receiving over 40 entries.
Donny Dog has had the hard task of picking a winner, but eventually after many hours and days of head scratching, he has finally picked a winner…. Step forward Matthew.
Donny Dog said, “All the designs were paw-some, there were some wonderful and wild designs including some which were tributes to our amazing NHS workers, however, Mathew’s stood out to me as he had given a very fresh look to our traditional colours”.
Lee Jenkinson, chief executive, Elite Pro Sports said “We wanted to create a project to keep youngsters entertained during this lockdown period and we were not disappointed with the quality of designs we received, there may be a future job in kit design for some of them.
"Following the lockdown, we will put the one-off shirt into production and present it to Matthew at a game.”
