Rovers will be draw ball 12 in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup first round draw which will take place live on Sky Sports News from 10am.
As with previous seasons, the cup will be split into north and south sections and is unseeded. Premier League teams will enter the draw in Round One or Round Two depending on their involvement in European Cup competitions.
Round One fixtures are scheduled to take place on Saturday September 5, but due to the international window may be played on alternative dates. Rounds Two, Three and Four will be played on consecutive midweek dates starting 15/16 September.
