Carl Brook will be the man in charge when Rovers travel to Burton Albion on Saturday.
The Sussex-based official was promoted to the National List of Referees in the summer of 2020. Despite being newly promoted, the 44-year-old is very experienced and has more than 30 years’ experience officiating.
Saturday will be his third Sky Bet League One match and 14th match this campaign. He has handed out a total of 41 yellow cards and one red.
Last season, he took charge of 20 matches - 18 in the National League (including a play-off) and two preliminary round Emirates FA Cup ties.
On Saturday, Brook will be assisted by Matthew Parry and Ian Smedley. The fourth official is Stephen Wade.
