Supporters on Twitter have Fejiri Okenabirhie as their man of the match for his performance against Burton Albion on Saturday.
In one of the closest votes of the campaign so far, the vote ended with Okenabirhie on 38% of the vote and Ben Whiteman on 31%. Matt Smith and Cameron John were also shortlisted.
Okenabirhie scored Rovers fastest goal this season when he finished off a good passing move for Rovers in the eighth minute, stabbing John’s cross home. He was in the thick of it again when he was hacked down to give Whiteman a chance from the spot.
He continued to cause the defence all sorts of problems and could have bagged a brace in the second half when he fired just over from 18-yards.
