Taylor Richards says Rovers will continue to take one game at a time as they go in search of a fifth straight league win against Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday night.
A win would take Rovers top of Sky Bet League One at Christmas, but Richards says the focus is solely on the task in hand.
He said: “Everyone is playing their part at the minute, we’re putting our foot down and finding different ways to beat teams.
“It’s a team effort, we take things one game at a time and all our energy and efforts always go into the next game.
“The way we play everyone has to contribute, we can’t rely on just one person to make a difference in this league.”
After his brilliant individual goal against Burton last time out, Richards feels he has learnt a lot during his loan spell from Premier League side Brighton.
He added: “I’ve learnt so much since I’ve been here, being on the pitch regularly has already improved me as a player.
“I know my position and role in the team, and I know what the manager demands of his players when we’re out on the field.”
