Tom Anderson has been voted fans’ man of the match on Twitter for his performance against Shrewsbury Town.
Anderson was a rock for Rovers and - alongside centre-back partner Joe Wright, keeper Seny Dieng and full-backs Brad Halliday and Reece James – helped the side keep a second consecutive clean sheet.
The 26-year-old, who recently signed a new deal at the club, also got on the score sheet when he rose highest and headed home from a Jon Taylor corner.
He picked up a massive 58% of the vote ahead of fellow goal scorer Niall Ennis, Brad Halliday, and Joe Wright.
