Manager Darren Moore joined Club Doncaster partners for an exclusive online event on Wednesday.
The event is part of the continued activity by the Club Doncaster commercial team to look after their official partners during a challenging time for businesses.
Wednesday provided an online networking opportunity while also giving partners a chance to put questions to the first-team manager Moore.
Head of commercial at Club Doncaster Jon Warburton said: “We understand it’s a really difficult time for a lot of businesses and we’re doing everything we can to show to our partners how much their support is valued especially at the moment.
“We have been working hard to provide value for our partners even while football has been paused and this exclusive event with manager Darren Moore is just one example of the ways we’re working with our partners.”
Moore thanked the group for their continued support during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Like many other industries, football has been hit hard by lockdown and the support of the club’s partners has been vital.
Moore added: “It was great to speak with the club’s partners at the online event.
“It’s pleasing for us as coaching staff to see that the club has the support of our fantastic local businesses even in these difficult times. It further shows the important place the club has within the community.
“We’re all looking forward to the season ahead and I’m sure everyone – fans, players, staff, and businesses – will be pulling together so that Doncaster Rovers can achieve success on and off the field."
