With the help of 11 key workers, Rovers have revealed their brand-new home shirt for the 2020/21 season.
The iconic red and white hoops remain but this season’s shirt incorporates a grey breathable mesh under arm panel giving the kit a bold, modern twist.
Designed in Doncaster by local company Elite Pro Sports, this shirt will again boast Club Doncaster branding which showcases the community-focused, family-friendly ethos of Rovers.
“The Rovers home shirt is something which is immersed in history,” said head of commercial Jon Warburton.
“Moving in to the new season, we decided to choose a classic design featuring the thinner hoops but also added elements of charcoal to the detail to align more with the Club Doncaster logo.
“Early sales of the 2020/21 training wear range have been fantastic with supporters really getting behind the club and we are sure that we’ll see an equally positive reaction to the new home shirt.”
As a thank you to 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasonal members from Rovers, they will be receiving a voucher to claim £5 off the 2020/21 home shirt.
The home strip is available to pre-order online now with kits likely to arrive in mid-August. The delay is caused by uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
