Nicholas Kinseley will be the man in charge when Rovers welcome AFC Wimbledon to the Keepmoat Stadium.
The Essex based official joined the National List of Referees ahead of the 2015/16 season taking charge of a League Two exchange between Newport County and Stevenage.
He first took charge of a Rovers match in March of that season a 2-0 away defeat to Swindon Town. He next oversaw Rovers’ 3-0 away victory over Plymouth Argyle in 2017.
He was the man in charge when Rovers were defeated by AFC Wimbledon at the Cherry Red Records Stadium earlier this season. Three Rovers players were booked in that game – Donervon Daniels, Ben Sheaf, and Kieran Sadlier.
Kinseley has given out 62 yellow cards and six reds this season.
Ravel Cheosiaua and Barry Gordon will be the assistant referees and Matthew Smith is the fourth official.
