Apologies, this video is unvailable.

Ahead of International Women’s Day, we asked Doncaster Rovers Belles players who their football hero was when they were 10-years-old.

Among the names they gave were Gareth Bale, Steven Gerrard, and Ronaldinho. Young female footballers deserve female role models in football so why not take your daughter to back the Belles this International Women's Day, Sunday March 8?

To support this, the Belles are offering free entry to Oxford Street for holders of 17 and under Doncaster Rovers Silver Membership (please show your season membership on arrival at the stadium).

Andy Butler’s side take on league-leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers (kick-off: 2pm) and will look to continue their recent good form with a victory on International Women’s Day.

Tickets are £3 for adults and £1 for 17 and under.

Rovers 2020/21 17 and under Season Memberships will include a Belles and Dons 17s and under season ticket - click here to find out more about Silver Memberships.
