If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to 'register' your card, where you will need to input an email address, and your own 16 digit membership card number, and set a password. If you have any issues registering your DNA Card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once logged in, you will be able to search and browse for all the membership offers and information available, and by scrolling down the home screen you will see an option to click through to the 'Coping with Covid-19' section.
On this page, you can browse through a number of subsections that lead to valuable resources on:
- Getting moving - help with exercise routines and virtual resources to keep you active.
- Wellbeing - coping with big change, and help for a good nights sleep.
- Recipes - keeping you busy in the kitchen and healthy in your diet.
As well as online resources - If you are going to be at home for a while, why not do a course with a leading online learning institution or university?
The DNA Card online learning resources have literally hundreds of learning opportunities, many of them totally free of charge to members, whilst others can be accessed at a minimal, discounted charge as members.
