Dino Maamria born 26th May, 1971.
Tunisian-born Dino had already had experience of football in the UK, with Burnley, Glentoran and Ayr United when he joined Rovers at the start of the 1998-99 season.
The club were starting life in the Football Conference and Dino made his debut in the opening game, away at Dover Athletic, in August 1998. He was a regular member of the first team squad until March 1999, when he dropped out due to injury. He was more influential in 1999-2000, finishing top scorer with 11 goals and helping Rovers retain the Conference League Cup.
The following season he moved on to Southport and he continued a nomadic playing career, including three spells at Stevenage where he eventually became manager. His is now head coach at Oldham Athletic. His Rovers record was 15 goals in 75 appearances.
