19 November 2020

Pancreatic cancer has had a huge and personal impact many members of the Club Doncaster family and since Christmas 2019, the supporters club have been raising money to help fight the disease.

People from right across Club Doncaster came together to give donations and purchasing Pancreatic Cancer UK t-shirts signed by the Rovers first team.

Len, who started the campaign after losing his wife to the disease, commented: “This is a cause close to my heart and I would personally like to thank big John and Steve for their efforts from North branch along with Paul Mayfield, Ben Schofield and Mellony Shepherd and all those who helped and contributed in what are challenging times.”

On pancreative cancer awareness day, it's important to understand the signs of the disease - watch this helpful video from Pancreatic Cancer UK here.
