Rovers continued an unbeaten run at Fratton Park that stretches back to 2011 with a strong defensive performance and a little bit of magic from the left-back late on to take the three points.
James earned a massive 65% of the vote ahead of Ben Whitman, Brad Halliday and Joe Wright.
