Darren Moore says he is constantly working on ways to improve himself as a manager.
Saturday’s game against Crewe Alexandra was his 100th since first taking to the dugout with West Brom in 2018, and he says every day is a chance to learn.
He said: “There are so many different aspects of the game you can learn as a manager, and every day in training is another opportunity.
“I try and speak to people in the game, those with more experience than me to try and take on board their advice.
“I’m sure managers will have spoken to each other a lot given the circumstances of recent weeks and months to find the best way of going about things.”
Rovers travel to face Plymouth Argyle in Sky Bet League One on Tuesday, and Moore is anticipating a tough test at Home Park.
He added: “We know it’s a tough place to go, you have to manage the length of the journey so it’s easy to see why they’re good at home.
“They are a football club who are on the up after promotion last season, and will be looking to make further strides this season.”
