Bursik and Amos return from international duty

Josef Bursik and Danny Amos return to Rovers after serving their countries on international duty.

Amos started two games for Northern Ireland U21s against Malta and Denmark in their qualifying matches for next years Euros.  

The 20-year-old completed a full 90 minutes in Northern Ireland’s 2-0 win over Malta on September 04 providing an assist for one of the goals. His side then lost 1-0 to Denmark on September 08 but conceded that goal after Amos had been substituted for Jack Scott on the 55th minute.  

Summer recruit Josef Bursik was an unused substitute in both of England U21 games against Kosovo and Austria in the Euro 2021 qualification round.  

Both will be in contention for a place in Saturday's Sky Bet League One match against MK Dons as will new signing Tyreece John-Jules.
