Trevor Kettle will be the man in charge when Rovers welcome Bristol Rovers to the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday
Kettle first took charge of a football league match in 2003 - a division three game between Swansea and Bury which the Jacks went on to win 4-2.
The experienced official hasn’t taken charge of a Rovers match since August 2019 when he oversaw Rovers' 1-1 draw with Rochdale at the Crown Oil Arena.
Kettle has taken charge of three matches so far this season including last weekend's eight-goal thriller between AFC Wimbledon and Plymouth Argyle.
Kettle will be assisted by Chris Isherwood and Darren Wilding. The fourth official will be Paul Marsden.
